Spacious bedroom next to Vicky park

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to join us (29F and 30F) in a spacious 3-bed flat in Bow from the end of November.

The flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is en suite), a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a balcony that’s great in summer and a concierge with CCTV.

We're looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate (mid 20s to late 30s) who enjoys a sociable, relaxed home but also appreciates personal space and keeping things tidy.

We're easy-going and sociable, and I like a home that has a nice balance, some shared dinners or a Netflix night now and then, though also respect for each other’s downtime. We work full time and during the week we're pretty chilled, and always up for a pub trip, live music or having a few friends over.

We’re in a great spot—10 minutes to Bow Road (District/H&C) and Bow Church (DLR), with easy links to Stratford, Mile End, Shoreditch and the City. There are loads of bus routes too. Victoria Park is just 5 minutes away and Hackney Wick is a short walk along the canal.
