New Bow Quarter Housemate!

Hello!
We’re a house of five beds (aged 20s–30s) looking for a new housemate to join our home in Bow.

I am moving out end of March so we need someone moved in by 1st of April

📍 Location

We’re in a great spot just a 10-minute walk to Bow Church DLR and Bow Road a Station, and about 15 minutes to Hackney Wick. There are also frequent bus routes into the city.

The house is spread over four floors, with a spacious living room and kitchen in the basement, and two bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

You’ll also have access to a gym, sauna, and swimming pool as part of Bow Quarter’s facilities.

• sunny Double bedroom on the ground floor
• the room comes unfurnished however can sell furnishings
• the room has its own garden that leads into bow quarter

💡 Utilities

WiFi, electricity, water and council tax comes to £98 approx
