Leafy flat in E3

Hi! Looking for a female flatmate--ideally a student--to take over the spare room from my current flatmate who is on exchange and sadly leaving! You’d be living with me and my two cats. The flat is a 20min walk from Queen Mary University of London, so perfect for students looking for a cozy space near uni.

Minimum 1-month stay, with flexibility based on your circumstances for how long the lease should be!

You'll be renting the larger of the two rooms, and we'd share bathroom and kitchen. There's a table for chilling or working in the kitchen. While there is a living room I use it as a workspace and studio for my practice, so its not generally a communal area but I'm happy for you to hang out in there when I'm not around.

£900pcm, all bills included.

I'm 24, female, and working in publishing and as an artist. My cats are brothers and insanely cuddly, so you'll pretty much have instant four-legged friends when you move in.
