The flat is fully furnished and styled in a modern yet cozy way, just minutes from Victoria Park. You’d be sharing the home with me, Ana—a 35-year-old professional graphic designer, originally from Spain—and Bobby, my very sweet and friendly cat 🐱.

The bathroom is shared, and there’s a spacious open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, and a very large fridge. There’s also a big terrace that you’re more than welcome to use and enjoy with friends.

This room is ideal for someone temporarily in London—perhaps relocating, between places, or looking for a comfortable short-term stay of a couple of months. If the vibe is right, I’m open to extending the stay longer. I’d love for this to feel like a home shared with a friend rather than just a flatshare.

The flat is very well connected. The number 8 bus stops right outside and takes you directly to Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. Mile End Underground is a short walk away, and Stratford is an easy bike ride. The area is lively and vibrant, with Sunday markets, great cafés, and fantastic restaurants—especially around Hackney Wick, known for its buzzing nightlife.

I’m friendly and social, enjoy meeting new people, and love long walks, drawing, and exploring East London (which I’ve called home for the past five years). I’m looking for someone who is responsible, kind, and respectful—friendly and easygoing, but also considerate of shared spaces and generally calm at home.
