Sublet in Bow Available from Feb!

hello hello!

i’m looking to sublet my cute lil room for the month of feb! the room is part of a 3 bed house and is home to 2 professionals in their early 30s and the cutest lil cat.

the room itself has a double bed, large desk and shelving. you’ll be sharing with 2 females in their early 30s who work in the civil service and the creative field. the house itself is super quirky, spread across 3 floors with the kitchen downstairs, living room on the middle floor and the bedroom up for grabs on the top floor. there are 3 bathrooms and we have a washing machine with a dryer which has been fab for winter!

location wise we are in Bow right by victoria park so there’s really good transport links with hackney wick, bow road and mile end stations being the closest at a 15-20 min walk and we’ve also got multiple bus stops nearby.

we’re looking for someone of a similar age that’s respectful and tidy (and also loves cats). it’s not a party house so if that’s your vibe it’s probably not the place for you but we do hang out in the living room and are pretty sociable in general.

rent and bills are split equally between the 3 of us and works out around the following:

rent: £1050 inc bills!
