Double Room in 4 bed house - Bow

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Bow! The room is available immediately, but we’re flexible on move-in date for the right person.

We’re a close-knit group of friends who’ve lived together for the past two years: two women and one man.

A bit about us
• Manon: Works for a record label (yes, there’s a growing vinyl collection). She loves going to gigs, bingeing TV series, and socialising with friends.
• Tess: Works at a university, loves travelling and hiking just as much as heavy metal nights and pub crawls.
• Gavin: Edits TV shows for a living. You’ll find him running to early yoga classes, going on solo cinema trips, or at gigs — he’s a great gig buddy.

We really see this place as a family home, so we’re looking for someone who fits that spirit.

The vibe
We enjoy spending time together watching TV shows, films, sports, and occasionally sharing a home-cooked meal. We also fully respect each other’s space.
Weekends usually involve a drink together at home or at the pub. We’re all into music (techno, rock, indie) and often head to festivals together in the summer.

We’re looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and up for socialising, especially on weekends.

The house
• 3 floors
• Ground floor: living room & kitchen, leading onto a garden (perfect for summer BBQs and get-togethers)
• First & second floors: identical layout with:
• 1 medium double room
• 1 large double room
• Toilet between the rooms

The available room is the medium double on the first floor.

Rent & bills
• Rent: £867.50 per month
• Bills: approx. £80 per month

• 2 mins walk to Bow Church DLR
• 10 mins walk to Bow Road Underground (District & Hammersmith & City lines)
• 20–30 mins into central London

Local perks:
• The Bow Bells pub – 5 mins away (quiz & karaoke nights, rotating food menu – currently Mexican 🇲🇽)
