What you’ll be renting:
Double room and single room which can be used as a working from home office or walk in closet in a friendly five-person house share.
Rent is £919 per calendar month plus bills (averaging about £60 per month). The house has two bathrooms and a patio with space for bike storage and hanging out in the summer.
Bow Quarter Estate:
The house backs onto a luxury estate called Bow Quarter, which has a leisure centre you’ll have access to (with a full gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) for a £70 semi-annual fee. The estate also has 24/7 gate security and a Morrisons supermarket.
Who we are:
We are Gen, George, Luke, Sophie in our late 20s to early 30s living in the house from 1 to 4 years. We're looking for a new housemate as Tom is sadly leaving us. We keep a clean and tidy house and enjoy each other’s company. Our landlord is responsive and sensible.
