My flatmate is leaving, and his spacious, bright double room with its own bathroom will become available from the end of June.

It’s located on the 2nd floor of a new building; this room is quiet, warm, and ideal for someone who values space and tranquillity.

About the flat and location:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a large living room area available for shared use.
Tube stations and bus stops 8min walk.
Tesco and gym also 5min walk.
Mile End station 15min away.

Who you’ll be sharing with:
You’ll be living with me, a 37 year-old Portuguese professional, tidy, quiet, who works in the office Mon-Fri.
I’m looking for another professional, ideally someone who works in a hybrid capacity, is tidy, and respectful of my space.

Rent: £1100 + bills (usually up to £150pcm).
