Double Room in Mile End

Hi!

One of our housemates is sadly moving out to live with their partner so we're looking for someone to take their room.

The flat is a split level town house (we're the top 2 floors) super well located a few minutes walk from Mile End Station, 15 mins walk from Victoria Park. We're on a quiet residential road with lots of local supermarkets, cafe's and great pubs on our doorstep.

We're three professionals in our early 30s, who work in Film, Software Development and Teaching. We get on well but all are pretty independent too, when we hang out we love a local wine bar, pub quiz or cinema trip. We keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone laid back, friendly and respectful of the space to share it with. LGBTQI+ friendly!

The room is located at the back of the house on the first level so it's quiet and out of the way. It comes with all the furniture (but our landlord can replace / move things as needed) it also has an adjoining toilet separate from the main bathroom.
