Sunny spare room in Bow/Mile End

We're Aidan, Laura, Ameya and Ben, looking to fill our spareroom since our lovely housemate Eliza is leaving the UK!

We're located just off Roman Road, a ten minute walk from Mile End tube station. Plenty of shops and smaller supermarkets and a stones throw from the canal and Victoria Park.

The room is small and bright, with an east facing window out onto the back garden that gets plenty of sunlight.

We have an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo. The house is spacious with a nice living room, kitchen, and garden with plenty of space for WFH or doing your own thing (as well as storage space in our basement).

As a house we hang out a fair amount, whether going out, watching films, or just having a natter in the kitchen. We make an effort to cook for each other and generally invest a bit of time and effort to the shared space - tidying, gardening, plants, etc. We're looking for someone who is similarly keen to be part of a home rather than just having a place to crash.

The four of us are all professionals in our late 20s/early 30s, mostly commuting to the office with some working from home.

Aidan works in international human rights, hosts a local pub quiz, loves a pint and a boogie and will be attempting to resurrect his woodworking hobby by the time you arrive.

Laura is 29, from Northern Ireland, works in history documentary making, loves the local lido and hanging out with pals

Ben works in international public health and likes swimming, tennis, and hiking.

Ameya is 28, works in the civil service, likes hanging out with friends and crafting

We're looking to do viewings over the next couple of weeks - Weds 11th and 18th in particular -and would love to hear a bit about you when you get in touch.
