What you’d be renting:
Small double room with office/storage room available from 4th of March in a terraced house in Bow Quarter. Our house has a large livinroom and patio for bbq's in the summer and bike storage.

Bow Quarter:
Bow Quarter is a luxury gated community with a full leisure centre which includes a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - all of which costs £12 a month! Unbelievable right?! Also included as part of the complex is a private Morrisons mini supermarket, a concierge, cafe, a terrace with a ping pong table and sun chairs as well as a communal garden and just a stones throw from Victoria Park!

The room:
Small room on the 2nd floor, has a lot of natural light and comes furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. You will also have an extra smaller room for use as a home office/ storage room or for whatever your heart desires! 😊

Who you’d be sharing with:
You’d be sharing with Myself, Sophie, George and Luke, all aged late twenties to mid-thirties. We have all lived here between 1-5 years. We are looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful housemate to fit in with the rest of the house. We all get along well and hang out together, whether that’s nights out, cooking together or just watching some trash tv. We’re also very happy doing our own thing.

+ Bow Road (District/Hammersmith and City) -10 min
+ Mile End (Central) - 20 mins
+ Victoria park - 10 mins

Other info:
+ You do need to have the right to rent in the UK to live here (landlord is strict on this)
+ Bills are shared between all and will be up to £75 depending on how much energy is consumed in winter.
+ If interested, please be prepared to pay a holding deposit which is half a month's rent.
+ Room is single occupancy only, so no couples.
+ The landlord is very sensible and a nice guy (a rarity in London).
