I’m renting out a room in a 2 bed / 2 bath flat in E3, perfect if you want somewhere calm to come back to after busy days out.
It’s also ideal if you’re in-between places: a lovely spot to stay while you’re still looking for your perfect flat (without rushing into the first option you see!).

The room:
*Newly furnished (literally unused — you’ll be the first!)
*Bright, comfy, and set up to feel like a proper bedroom (not a storage room 😄)

Your bathroom:
*You’ll have the second bathroom for yourself
*Not ensuite, but it’s directly across the hallway (aka basically private)

Dates & price:
*Short-term let: April 10 – June 9 (dates can be flexible)
*£1200/month (bills + cleaner included)

Flexible options:
*Couples considered (with an additional fee/bill contribution)
*Weekdays-only option available for a lower monthly price (great if you’re only around Mon–Fri)

Great for anyone working in the City / Wharf:
*Canary Wharf: ~6–8 mins via DLR (from Bow Church DLR)
*Liverpool Street: ~16 mins via Tube (Hammersmith & City line) (from Bow Road)
*Bank: ~15 mins via Tube & DLR

About me:
I’m 34, work at a fintech in the City, and I’m in the office 4 days a week. I’m clean, friendly and easy-going. I cook now and then, and usually keep weekends calm (more recharge than big parties). I occasionally have friends over for dinner, and I’m always up for sharing a glass of wine (or two) to properly switch off.”
