Room in Bow Close to Victoria Park

Looking to find a replacement tenant for my room in Bow, close to Victoria Park and 10 min walk from Bow Road station.

The room is nice and spacious and comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and bed side table / drawers. The rest of the flat comprises of bathroom with bath and shower (shared with one other flatmate) and a large open plan kitchen + living room which has a really nice cosy feel to it. There is a sliding glass door leading out to a balcony which gets the sun during the day and a shared roof terrace as well.

You would be living with Aaron (telecoms engineer) and Will (civil servant) who are both very chilled, tidy and friendly. Both enjoy watching football, going to the pub and exploring new spots in London. Aaron is out for work during the day but Will works from home most of the time, so there is usually someone around and we usually spend most of our evenings in the living room watching tv + chatting.

We're looking for someone late 20s / early 30s to move in who is neat and tidy and enjoys having a chilled space to come home to. If you can chat about footy, enjoys watching dragons den on a Thursday and going for a pint in the sun then you'll fit right in.

Looking for someone to move in sometime early April (I can be slightly flexible about the date) and the tenancy lasts until October.
