This is a 2 bedroom flat fiull of gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, has a big kitchen, a spacious living room and a gorgeous little balcony to soak up the summer sun on.
The area is quiet and safe and the flat is about an 8 minute walk from Bow Road Station and 15 minute walk from Mile End. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes between Bow and Mile End, including the fantastic Roman Road market where you will find everything and anything.

Rent is £1,100.00 per month per tenant

Utilities are between £150 and £170 per tenant for council tax, gas & electric, and internet, depending on the season.
Water is included in the rent.
