The smaller room is £850 pm.

The bigger room is 1100 pm.

Bills: around ~ £120 and Deposit is one months rent.

Both rooms have a spacious wardrobe and are well lit.

You will be living with me- Monica (26), I work in medical communications. I loveee trying new restaurants, cooking, like going to the gym and going to gigs.

I am easy going and tidy and would love to find people who enjoys a clean space with a relaxed and friendly home environment. 🩷

- 10 mins walk to the Tesco.
- 15 mins walk to the gorgeous Victoria park
- Really close to independent nice cafes, restaurants
- There's a gym about 5 mins away.
