Double Room in E3 Bow Area in Queer Friendly Flat✨

Looking for someone to fill the cosy double room available in my flat in the Bow area!✨
The flat is a 2 bed space, very stylish with unique architectural features.
I'm queer and would love to share the space with someone who also identifies as queer or is an ally in the community!
I enjoy art, films, music, spending my weekend in the areas.
I like going out too and would love to share the space with someone who also likes to go out, but are respectful of the space and neighbours:)

Would be looking for someone who is happy to share the space with just me and is open to socialising occasionally if that's your vibe.

The room comes unfurnished, with a built in wardrobe.
The rest of the flat has been recently renovated with a modern kitchen (dishwasher), and bathroom has a drench shower.
There is a private communal garden and it also comes with a parking space if you have a car!

Bills (council tax, broadband, water, electricity) are usually around £200 a month.

The flat is less than 10 mins walk from Bow Road station, and about a 5 minute walk to Bow Church DLR station - so it's well connected!

Rent price has changed since my old flatmate, so deposit is TBD (as will either have to start a new deposit scheme or you pay the old tenant), but should be a month's+, will enquire with the landlord.
