Hi guys, we’ve got two rooms going in our gorgeous east London house - I have included some info below so drop me a line with some info about yourself if you’re interested.

THE HOUSE is a big ol’ Georgian townhouse - we’re a stone’s throw away from BOW ROAD station (Hammersmith & City + District lines), and less than 10 mins away from MILE END (Central, H&C, District) on one side, and BOW CHURCH (DLR) on the other. Very good transport links, good cycle paths and buses. Bow’s a nice area, residential but not too quiet, lots of cute pubs, some lush green spaces and v good links to the rest of the city.
We’ve got a big living/dining room, a large separate kitchen, 2x bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with a beautiful free-standing bath AND a shower) + 1 small WC, and a garden out-back with a parking space currently being used to house our little bbq.

THE ROOMS - are cosy, quiet and bright, facing out into the garden.

WHO WE ARE - you’d be joining four other people (25-28). We're a mixed household of professionals, working in the creative and sports industries and another working for a mental health charity. LGBTQ+ friendly.

THE ENERGY OF THE HOUSE is very precious to us; we all met through SpareRoom/Facebook, but have become friends and work very hard to create a sense of community in the house. BUT we are also all very independent, like to keep active lives and are very respectful of space and boundaries. Keeping the house clean and tidy is very important to us, and it’s crucial that every person chips in.

We are an LGBTQ+ household and are keen to welcome diverse people into our community!
