I’m renting out a beautiful king-size room in a bright, modern two-bed flat. The flat gets lots of natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and welcoming space.

The room itself is generously sized with a comfortable king bed and comes fully furnished. In the room there is a desk setup by the window, overlooking the Olympic Park, creating a serene workspace. The flat is stylishly furnished and well looked after, with a contemporary feel throughout.

The highlight of the flat is the spacious living room/kitchen which is surrounded by large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide almost panoramic views of the stunning nearby greenery. Attached to the living room is a private balcony, which is sun-soaked for most of the day.

There will be a biweekly cleaner that will clean the communal areas.

Location-wise, it’s ideal - perfectly positioned between Victoria Park and the Olympic Park, so there is plenty of green space nearby. Hackney Wick station is just a 10-minute walk, and Stratford station and Westfield are around 15 minutes away, giving you excellent transport links and shopping options.

I’m William, a 26 year-old Software Engineer, and I’ve recently moved into the flat. My interests include football, movies and pub trips.

Bills:
Council tax and broadband are included in the rent. Electricity, heating and water are not included, with estimated additional costs of around £50-£70 per month depending on usage.
