Cute flat in Bow; couple or single

Looking for a couple or an individual to fill the second room in a flat in Bow. Long-term, would be on the lease.

Bedroom would have some furnishing but need to acquire some yourself, including bed. Rest of flat is already furnished.

I’ve loved living in this spot for the past 3 years - sadly my roommates have gotten engaged and are moving into their own place.

Our landlord is super lovely, helpful and chill. A great cafe has opened downstairs; not noisy but they have great coffee, bread and wine etc. great vibe.

The area is awesome if you like being close to things in East but in a quiet, clean, peaceful neighbourhood. Mile End tube station is about 300m away with 3 tube lines. Heaps of buses within 100-200m. Shops of all kinds nearby, and nice pubs. Short walk to Victoria Park and the canal.

The flat itself is in good order, was renovated just before we moved in. Everything works as it should, stays pretty cool in summer and heating is great in winter. Your bedroom has big east and south facing windows so gets plenty of light, and has blackout curtains.

We have a little outdoor area, and we’re only on the first floor so don’t feel stuck inside.
