2 month sublet (with option to stay longer)

I’m looking for someone to take over my room for a couple of months, with the option to stay longer once our tenancy ends in July. I had a sublet in place after I moved out, but the room is now available again.

The flat is in a lovely, quiet street just a 2-minute walk from Mile End station on the central and district & Hammersmith line, so it’s really well located in zone 2 (10 minutes from Liverpool Street) while still feeling peaceful.

The room itself is a bright double with a beautiful bay window and built-in wardrobes. It’s currently unfurnished as I’ve moved out, so you’d need to bring a bed OR I can move my old bed back in before you move in if needed which won’t be a problem - The rest of the flat is fully set up!

The kitchen and bathroom have both been recently renovated, so everything feels really fresh and modern. The flat is fully equipped with all the usual bits (kitchenware, etc.), so you won’t need to bring much else.

You’d be living with Lex (31), who works as a recruitment consultant. She’s friendly, tidy, and very respectful it's a really easygoing home.

Rent and bills all included for £1000 per month.

The room is available from Monday, and we’re happy to arrange viewings at a time that suits.
