We have a room becoming available in our house from mid July. It is a very small room, but big enough for a double bed and a desk. There is also a wardrobe outside the room for use and sole storage space in other parts of the house. The three of us living there at the moment are all creative types and would be very welcoming to a new-comer!
The £497 rent includes all bills, including council tax. Which is great for the area. The street it's on is really close to Bow Church and Bow Road stations, and it's a really friendly neighbourhood. We love it there, hence why we've been there 3 years and are staying for another.
There are a few nice cafés popping up in the area and it's only a short walk to Victoria Park.
