This double room comes with sole use of the main bathroom, for a beautiful ‘home from home’ during weekdays, in the Victoria Park sought after location.
The cosy room has a new orthopaedic bed, a small wall-mounted foldaway desk and an armchair. A double sliding wardrobe gives the chance to store belongings from week to week.
With high ceilings and large windows, the upper ground flat directly overlooks the award winning park with impressive lake views. The renowned lakeside Pavilion Cafe is right on the doorstep for morning coffee or breakfast and the park, with the surrounding canals are perfect for running before, during or after your workday.
Looking ahead to post lockdown life, there are two gyms within a 5min walk , one private and a municipal outdoor park gym. The iconic York Hall is conveniently at the top of the road with a swimming pool, spa or classes and the top of the league Olympic Aquatic Centre is easily reachable via the Hertford Union canal path.
See the photos for detailed images of the room layout and location.

You'd be sharing with one other, the down-to-earth and easy to get along with female flat owner. I'm an artist with a nearby studio and I work part-time from home on Mondays and Tuesdays for a healthcare organisation.
Ideally, you are a professional, who wants to share a quiet, lovely, well kept and tidy home (ok ... very tidy!) away from your own home during the week. It will be good to enjoy some easy banter when our paths cross but otherwise live our independent lives comfortably alongside each other. It’s a quiet and very relaxed home generally, so if you prefer to let off steam with loud chatter and lots of tv or music, it’s really not for you I’m afraid.
If you travel for work or social, the local transport links are excellent with Bethnal Green and Mile End tube stations within a 10-12 min walk for the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines. The bus services are well connected with the 8 to Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street and Tottenham Court Road, the 277 to Canary Wharf and the 425 to Stratford, amongst others.
Nearby Lauriston Road and Roman Road have great local restaurants and there are plenty of gastro pubs within minutes. Broadway Market with its popular bars and restaurants is also a short walk or bike ride along the canal path.
If you'd like to view the flat, send me a message, telling me a bit about yourself at the same time.
