Located in a gated community complex called Bow quarter this property is extremely secure with multiple entry points..

There’s a reception, concierge, and our own private Coop shop, seconds away from the house.

Unlimited parking here, you can have as many guests as you like and you have guest passes for the leisure centre as well.

The Pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Roof Terrace which has sunbeds and a Ping Pong Table, are perfect for working from home. The dance studio also runs daily classes, perfect for young professionals in their mid to late 20s that want to be fit and healthy.

Another great benefit of this house is there’s a big separate living room and a dining room/ kitchen one floor below.

The garden is quite big but on top of that you have a lot of greenery in Bow quarter just out the back door. A large fountain and pond with many large fish swimming, a very relaxing spot indeed. On top of that you have 3 of London most iconic parks surrounding you, Victoria park, Elizabeth Park and Mile End park with tons of canals and rivers to walk alongside, the city is close by, but also you get Westfield in Stratford, Hackney Wick and Canary Wharf, all about 15 minutes away.

Our house is 5 minutes away from Bow Church (DLR) 8 minutes from Bow Road (District).

We have a nice sized garden that gets a lot of sun with many plants dotted around.

There are 4 bedrooms, all are a good size, we have a very big attic for additional storage, it’s like a whole additional (5th) floor.

we have two bathrooms, two showers and one bath tub. A large TV set up downstairs and a projector which turns our upstairs living room into a mini cinema, everyone is welcome to use it.

We are young professionals working in London and like to hang out, watch films and work out together but also allow for plenty of privacy.

We are relaxed during the week and fairly social during the weekends, we are looking for someone that is happy to chill but also join us for the occasional party.

We enjoy travelling (so are often not at the house) seeing our friends and going to music events. We are ideally looking for someone who is career focused and is aspirational. There is plenty of space to work from home and all three of us currently work professional jobs where we get a day or two from home each week. There is a desk in the upstairs living room and we all have desks in our bedrooms. There’s plenty of space for additional desks.

The price has just gone up as we have reached the end of our contract and we managed to negotiate down with the landlord to get a good deal, so the rent won’t be going up anytime soon. Finally if you need to move out at anytime that’s no issue there is just a £50 name change fee!

We have had a few viewings already with several people interested, but we would like to wrap this up with some final viewings this week and so you have until the 22nd of April before we decide who we would like to live with. As always availability will be limited and first come first served!
