I am renting this bright and well furnished king bedroom with private balcony in my spacious top floor flat.

This is a short rental available from 5 April to end of May (some flex on dates; DM me). It's listed at £265/w equivalent to £1150/month. And their is a £75 utilities contribution per month.

The place is located in a secure brand-new development about 5 mins walk from Bromley-By-Bow station. A massive Tesco is 2 mins away. Easy access to the city and 15 mins walk to Westfield Stratford.

• We keep it warm and friendly at home; sharing drinks or a meal from time to time. A respectful and clean place to call home.
• The main bathroom is to be shared with Irina.
