24/7 concierge/ large meeting room no one uses so perfect if you on laptop or studying/ secure bike space/ communal gardens. Double room and sole use of main bathroom (like a spa) as much better than a small en suite 😊 Double bedroom with wall mounted tv, king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Space for a small desk, but I have an office corner in living room I do not use or use the meeting room if on laptop. Can send videos prior to viewing on WhatsApp. Do note I have a cuddly 14 year old tabby cat who mostly eats and sleeps and won’t be entering your room unless you want him to ;) . I am a live in landlord, but treat my “lodgers” as flatmates!! Very much of a sharing is caring person so I am not fussed if you take any food / drinks and if I do cook happy to serve you dinner according to dietary requirements. I don’t cook often, but when I do, I prefer to do it for others. Don’t really have guests over often, but there is a space for 6 on the dinner table if you do. Short term lets are considered and deposit amount can be negotiable for the right person. There is a nearby 24/7 gym and plenty of shops / supermarkets / food outlets/ cafes nearby and Victoria park is pretty near. Only a short walk to the tube station and main road with lots of buses too and cycle hire just outside the building. Think that should cover the basics! Eirik
