Hello! I'm moving out of my house, and looking for someone to take over my lease for a single room for 700pcm. The contract is from September 2023 to September 2024 and can be extended. Due to my job I need to relocate to Birmingham, that's why I am looking out for someone to take over my tenancy from April to September. This is a fully furnished single room in a shared house near Mile End, less than 15 minutes away from Queen Mary University of London . Additionally, it has very good bus connectivity, and the nearest tube/DLR station is Bow Road (2 mins walk).
The house is shared with three other female and one male flatmates who are friendly and welcoming students/working professionals.
