Two Rooms in Cosy Flat in Bow

My two flatmates are moving out at the beginning of August, so I’m looking for two new flatmates! (Please read everything before messaging.)

Both the rooms are double and spacious, they come with the bed, mattress, draws and wardrobe. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Not to mention we get beautiful sunsets from the balcony :)

They all have floor to ceiling windows and one of the bedrooms has access to the balcony. (if you can climb through the window)

I’m looking for anyone aged 20-25, preferably creatives, who are clean, sociable and respectful. I’m graduating from English and Film and have lived in the flat for two years! I love music and film so I watch a lot in the flat and it would be nice if my flatmates also enjoyed that.

I don’t have any issues with partners or friends staying over, there doesn’t have to be any communication about this either, I just wouldn’t want any hostility or awkwardness:)

Bills equal to around £20 each for electricity, sometimes the gas bill is monthly or every few months equal to about £20 a month, water is bi-yearly and is on average £100. Wifi is £13.

The rent went up by £30 last year and I would expect it to rise again. I would expect it to go up by £30 again or max £50. (this is not including in the price of £705 as I haven’t been told yet).
