March SUBLET - Large double room in Bow

LARGE DOUBLE ROOM to sublet March 1rst - March 31rst with potential for lease renewal April 1st (see below)

Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room for the month of March - 750 all-inclusive. The house is on a quiet residential street, but it's close to Victoria Park and has great transport links! You’ll find plenty of pubs, cafes, and supermarkets all within walking distance.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, and bedside tables. You’ll be living with three working professionals (27–31). We’re friendly, tidy, respectful and enjoy hanging out for a chat, meal, or drink when we’re around.

-5 min walk to Bow Church DLR
-7 min walk to Bow Road (District, Hammersmith & City lines)
-15 min walk to Mile End (Central line)
Lots of bus routes nearby!

The house is bright and spacious, with:
A large backyard
4 double bedrooms
1.5 bathrooms
A comfy living room
A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher

No couples, no pets.

There is a potential to be on the lease renewal starting April 1st -- however you must have UK citizenship and a job with an open-ended contract; our landlord is very picky with approving tenants. Rent will go up to 825 a month with the new contract.
