Looking for a female flatmate to share an ensuite

We’re a friendly group of three Indian friends a couple and one girl looking for another girl to join our home.

We’re all easy-going, respectful of each other’s space, and almost always out at work, so the flat is very peaceful and quiet.

About the room:
The room is a shared ensuite with one of the girls already living here. Rent is £600 including all bills and WiFi.

About the flat:
We’re based in a beautiful gated community with a 24-hour concierge, offering a real sense of security and convenience. The flat has a stunning balcony with views of Canary Wharf, making it a lovely place to unwind after work.

Location is brilliant:
∙ 🚇 7-minute walk to both Langdon Park and Devons Road DLR stations and 15 min walk to Bow Road (district line)
∙ 🛒 Tesco right outside the building
∙ 🏋️ On-site gym available (fee payable)
∙ Very safe area with great transport links into the City and Canary Wharf

Who we’re looking for:
We’d love to welcome an Indian girl who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. As we’re all out most of the time, we just ask for someone who values a calm and harmonious home environment.
