*A bathroom for each floor (convenient in the busy morning), and my room is in the corner with the windows full of sunlight. The kitchen is equipped with both washing machine and a dryer, lots of cutlery, kitchen utensils available (no need to purchase separately).
*The flat is generally clean, quiet and well managed, so I’m looking for someone similar.
*It is located in a peaceful area - to both Bow Road (district & hammersmith) station & Devons Road DLR 7min on foot, Bromley-by-bow 13min. 5 min to a bus stop - 108 to Lewisham etc.,
