We will be holding viewings the week of 21st of April (after 6: 30PM). Both me (the current tenant) and the landlord will play a part in selecting the next roommate.

The lounge is spacious and bright, boasting a really nice sofa and table and chairs seating six people! We also have a 55'' Sony smart TV in the lounge which includes Sky TV (with all the channels). There is also a Blu-ray player. The location is quiet and it's situated on the 4th floor, making it nice to come home to rest and relax. A stone's throw away from Canary wharf and Victoria Park, 2 stops away from Liverpool st and a short distance away from Westfield Stratford.
Closest tube stations: Bow Church (DLR), Bow Road, Mile End
THE AVAILABLE ROOM:
My current roommate is moving back home to Poland for a job, and the room will be available starting the 28th of April. The room is a good size and a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. It comes fully furnished (including a BRAND NEW double bed and a large wardrobe -- both bought a 2 weeks ago -- a chest of drawers, and a bookshelf). This room also benefits from under-floor heating.

I am an American professional working in market research. I recently moved to London from NYC, and love to spend my weekends exploring London's many outdoor markets, food festivals, listening to live music, and going for runs at Victoria Park. I like to treat home as a place where I can relax and will occasionally enjoy nights in (cooking, movies, wine nights).
