Double room with bills included

Hello!

We have a big double room at the front of the house (south facing) on the first floor available to rent. We are a fairly quiet household with two tenants aged 32-33. It is a spacious and well lit house with a beautiful 60ft garden. There is a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory We both work in education and the healthcare sector.

We are looking for someone who is a working professional to join us. Someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of others living in the property. But also friendly and happy to chat :)

One thing to note is that occasionally the landlords may come to stay in their room in the property. This is not very often and they are very friendly!
