Room and flat:
The bedroom is a bright spacious room with period features (incl. fireplace). It is fully furnished (double bed, bedside table, 3 door wardrobe as well as a small built in wardrobe, bookcase (bookcase can be got rid of), and full length mirror). The bed is an ottoman bed so plenty of storage space.
There is space for a desk in the room if needed to work from home (would need to get rid of bookcase to fit).

The flat has it’s own private SW facing garden (sunny pretty much all day when the sun is out) - perfect for a BBQ or for a much needed sunbathe in summer.

The flat is spacious for a 2 bed, with both a living room and dining room.

Housemate:
The flat is shared with me, Lois! I’m a single, 33 year old, professional.
I love exercise and the gym, travelling, socialising with friends, exploring new places as well as curling up on the sofa to watch the latest netflix series I'm addicted to.
I generally work from home 3 days a week, and do this from the dining room.

What I'm looking for:
- A friendly housemate who is keen to live with someone they could socialize with at times (not just passing ships).
- A clean and tidy housemate. It’s important to me that the flat stays clean and tidy so that it is a relaxing place to be. Would be happy for us to chip in to get a cleaner!
