Large double room in family home

We're looking for a Lodger for our large double room.

The Room:

This double bedroom is very bright and spacious enough for a desk. There is a wardrobe & large dresser for storage.

Shared Spaces:

You will share a kitchen and cosy living room with the family and a downstairs bathroom (with a shower) with one other Lodger.

I work in film, love being active & seeing a lot of theatre and my mother is a carer who enjoys gardening & art. We're partial to watching reality shows!

The Area:

We are close to Bowes Park rail station which services Mooregate and the Piccadilly line stations, Bounds Green and Wood Green. We're also walking distance from Alexandra Palace.

Shopping areas are also easy to get to in Wood Green. There's a large Morrisons, smaller Lidl & a large Aldi a bus ride away in Bounds Green.

There are plenty of Gyms locally, 2x Cinemas, loads of restaurants & cafes. Including a monthly street market to support local businesses & artisans.

Bills:

All Utilities are inc. In monthly cost, and are split evenly between all housemates.

We have a cleaner for communal areas every fortnight and this cost is also shared between housemates. This is additional £20pcm.
