Room in Wood Green

Kitchen

We've got a lovely 4 bed house share up in Wood Green/Bounds Green and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for 3-6 months, with a chance to being able to go on the contract permanently. Ideally looking for a guy.

The Room:

£675/month + ~£100 bills (a bargain for London these days).
Reasonably sized, bright, and comes with a bed and wardrobe. I'll need to take the drawers with me, so you'll need to sort some out yourself.
Plenty of space for a desk if you WFH too.

Move-in: Officially 24th Feb, but it might be free a little sooner.
Referencing - come prepared to wow us with your best stories of why you're a great housemate.
Deposit - let's chat about this and work out what we think suits both of us. Ultimately I just want to be sure you'll pay the rent and be a good fit.

The House:

Cosy living room for chats, wine and general chilling.
Functional kitchen, decent bathroom, and a little outdoor balcony.
Genuinely good energy. We do like to hang out a bit and become friends with each other. Wild concept we know.

The Area:

Right on Myddleton Road. Cafes, Greek food, Turkish food, vibes
10-15 min walk to Bounds Green / Wood Green (Piccadilly)
7 mins to Bowes Park (train to Moorgate)
Tesco Express is round the corner
Ally Pally is walkable for pretending you’re outdoorsy

The Housemates:

Ian - An extremely hilarious attractive Videographer from Ireland.
Margs – Simply a legend. That is all.
Paige - she's moving in this month, as our current housemate Nat is moving in with his girlfriend.

We’re social, up for chats, drinks, the odd house roast (of each other), but also have our own lives. It’s relaxed, clean, respectful, like an actual home.

Ultimately just looking for someone sound who’s down for good chats and has good energy (we don't like drama).
