We’re renting out a room in our Wood Green 3-bedroom maisonette. It’s a large Edwardian terraced house split into two flats, and we own the upstairs flat.

The rent is £680 per month, with £100 for bills, so £780 total - this includes everything.

The flat is a first-floor Edwardian maisonette on a quiet residential road just off Green Lanes. It’s a 15-minute walk to Wood Green Underground (7 minutes to Finsbury Park and 16 minutes to King’s Cross on the Piccadilly line) and a 10-minute walk to Bowes Park National Rail, with trains to Moorgate every 15 minutes.

The south-facing room is available immediately for single occupancy and comes furnished with a double bed and two wardrobes. The flat has its own private entrance, a spacious lounge and kitchen, a modern shower room, and a private south-facing garden. We’ve recently installed a brand new kitchen and replaced all the carpets throughout the flat, so everything feels fresh and well looked after.

We’re both young professionals and split our time between working from home and the office during the week. We’re looking for a lodger who is friendly, sociable, and clean and tidy.

We also occasionally look after a super-friendly dog once or twice a week, so please let us know if dogs aren’t your thing.
