You will be renting the converted loft area of our Victorian maisonette; your private floor consists of a spacious double bedroom and your own renovated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and ample storage. Please note: female flatmate only, strictly no couples. Room availability is flexible: from 12 May earliest, to 1st June latest.

About the room:

Bills not included: council tax, water, gas/electricity; those will be shared equally between 2 rooms (currently about £150-£210/month per person depending on heating usage).

About your flatmate: Natalia, 34, is a professional who enjoys a clean and tidy household. Natalia, is in the downstairs bedroom, with her own bathroom. You both have full use of the comfy lounge, roomy kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer and private garden. About us: we (Simon and Julie) live in Europe and occasionally need to spend a few days in London for work.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no TV in the house but you are welcome to bring one as long as you organise a TV license.

Min. term is 6 months and notice period is 2 months. We ask for rent to be paid on the 1st day of the month. Deposit is 1 month.

- Well connected: to city: Old Street / Moorgate in 17 minutes (2min walk to Bowes Park overground) and Covent Garden in 20min (5min walk to Bounds Park for Picadilly line direct to Kings Cross, Covent Garden, High Str Kensington, Heathrow);
- Lovely Victorian house in a quiet, tree-lined neighbourhood;
- Various grocers and lovely cafés just around the corner on the charming Myddleton Road, which has a monthly market;
- Tasty Indian takeaway, award-winning Greek restaurant, pizza all within 5 min walk;
- Gym and yoga 2min away;
- Small supermarket 5min walk away (Tesco);
- Large shopping mall in Wood Green (15min walk of 5min bus/tube);
- Great farmer's market in Alexandra Palace on Sunday (15min walk across the park with amazing views over London);
