Double room in Brent Cross

DOUBLE ROOM IN 3 BED FLAT - £450PCM! AVAILABLE ASAP! 1+ YEAR TENANCY.

We are looking to fill a double room in our three bedroom flat in Brent Cross. The flat is located literally a minute walk from Brent Cross tube station, 3 minute walk from a large Tesco and a 7 minute walk from Brent Cross shopping centre or Golders Green. There is also a 24 hour bus that goes directly to Oxford Street.

The room is furnished with a double bed, big modern chest of drawers and clothing rail. There is a brand new bed base and comfy mattress. There is a sink in the room so no worries about waiting to brush your teeth! In terms of the rest of the flat, we have a decent sized living room (sofas and dining room table), kitchen (new fridge/freezer) and separate bathroom/toilet. The flat has just been freshly painted and new insulation fitted.

You will be living with two females (28/29 years old). We are looking for a housemate of a similar age, preferably a female, who is tidy, easy-going, respectful and clean. We're a pretty chilled house, clear up after ourselves and just come and go as we please. We tend to just bump into each other as and when.

Bills typically come to about £200 give or take, on top of rent - these include wifi, water, gas/electricity and council tax. Deposit is just a month's rent in advance (£450). Tenancy agreement for 1 year (with a 6 month break clause). We are looking for someone to stay for AT LEAST 1 year. Move in date asap.

In terms of viewing the property, message me and and I'll get back to you as soon as I can (not on here everyday so apologies if you wait a few days for a reply)! Viewing will mostly like have to be evenings after we finish work.
