Deposit
•The deposit is £961, and it’s protected in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
•Since you’re replacing me on the tenancy, you’ll pay the deposit directly to me, and then you’ll receive it back from the scheme at the end of your tenancy. The tenancy renews in May.

2. Rent
•Monthly rent is £890, due on the 5th of each month (paid to the letting agent).

3. Pro-Rata Rent for December / before Jan 5th
•If you’re moving in before Jan 5th, there’s rent due to me — as I’ve already paid rent for the full month of December. The rental payments begin from the 5th of every month.
