Wonderful flatshare on top of Brick Lane, in the heart of Shoreditch in East London! We're looking for a new flatmate, not only to share the place but also enjoy living together!

The flat has 5 levels, which really gives a great sense of space, it also benefits from high ceilings:

1 - Living room / kitchen
2 - Terrasse
3 - 2 bedrooms
4 - bathroom
5 - 2 bedrooms

We have a very good sized living room and got a new sofa and chair last month. One of the flatmates also has a decent audio system for watching movie or playing music

There's separate kitchen, which is quite enjoyable in London. There's gas hob for those who like cooking.
In terms of appliances:

- Washer drier
- Dishwasher
- 1 big fridge and 1 mini fridge (Never overcrowded)

The terrace is quite big and its wood flooring has been recently laminated and polished (july 2020), it offers a good privacy too.

Available room is in the top floor, extremely quiet since it's facing the terrace front and not brick lane side. It has the 6th level of the house as a bed mezzanine. There's also a built in wardrobe.

We want to keep the numbers to 4 in the house so that everyone can have a decent space in the living room, bathroom and fridge, that means unfortunately no couples.

We're looking for someone who ideally would like to stay long term.
