Flat to rent in Brick Lane for 6 months

Hi! I'm looking for a new roomate in the flat I'm renting on Brick Lane. The flat is already available so last minute move-ins are welcome!

The flat is a cute and very modern flat right in the middle of Brick Lane. It is relatively quiet during the week (we are not on the most touristy part of the street), and is 5 minutes from Aldgate East (district + hammersmith lines), as well as 10ish minutes from Liverpool Street station.
The available room is an ensuite, with its own shower and bathroom :)
The flatmate that's leaving is willing to sell her furniture (400£ for desk closet and bed frame), and otherwise you can get the room unfurnished!

About me, I'm Opale (she/her), I'm a PhD student in computer science at Imperial College. I enjoy baking and music (especially electronic music), and occasionally have my girlfriend over or visiting friends (I'd say at most ~7 days a month), so you have to be ok with that. I try my best to keep shared areas clean and tidy! I'm also away about 7-10 days a month.

I'm looking for a nice new flatmate, bonus point if you enjoying sharing a meal from time to time or going out for drinks, sharing interests etc. The current contract is signed until the 21st of August, I don't know yet if I'll renew it but you're more than welcome to keep the flat if you find someone to replace me then :)

fyi the landlord doesn't want full time students, sorry!
