Welcome to 10 Chilton Street, our fantastic three-floor home right in the heart of Shoreditch, just one street away from the iconic Brick Lane (London's best bagels open 24/7 is just round the corner!)

We’ve got a lovely double room available, located on the first floor with a window that has private roof access (it’s surprisingly quiet considering the location). The room is furnished and ready to move in! You’ll share a bathroom on the same floor with two other housemates.

The ground floor is all about good vibes — a spacious, open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen (yes, there’s a dishwasher 😌), a comfy sofa perfect for movie nights, and access to a cute little garden perfect for summer barbecues!

You couldn’t ask for a better spot — Shoreditch High Street Station is just a 5-minute walk, with Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green and Whitechapel just a 15min walk away!

The area is packed with amazing coffee shops, vintage stores, bars and food spots. Lots of brands tend to open pop-ups and run events nearby, very trendy area!

Bills are about £150/month each, and rent is paid on the 6th of every month.

💫 Who We’re Looking For

We’re after a friendly, inclusive, open-minded, and social housemate who enjoys living in a home where people actually hang out! You’ll be sharing this lovely home with three amazing people that I couldn’t be happier I met.

We love dinner parties, game nights, and spontaneous plans, but there’s also plenty of space to recharge and have quiet time when you need it.

We often cook and eat together, and love keeping the house warm, friendly, and full of good energy. We have a strong alumni network who often come back to hang out with us!

We prefer young professionals aged between 21 and 30 with cool jobs and interests, but we mostly care about your vibe!
