A bright and spacious double room is available in a three-storey house with a private garden. The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable and well-kept home.

The property features a large, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all essential appliances. There is also a cosy living room with TV, perfect for relaxing after work.

The bedroom is spacious, with lovely views of the garden, and includes a large private bathroom exclusively for the tenant.

You will be sharing the house with two other professional women. We are looking for a professional female aged between 28 and 40 who is clean, respectful and easy-going.
