Double room in lovely Shoreditch apartment

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to share a great 2 bedroom apartment, just off Brick Lane in Shoreditch.

It has an open-plan living room/kitchen area, balcony, WiFi, Sonos, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A cleaner comes once per week. The building has secure entry and lift access.

You'd be sharing with an easy-going, friendly English guy (me) - I’m also renting the place. I work in Canary Wharf and I’m often out with friends. I’m pretty considerate and it’s not a party house.

The location is great: it’s easy walking distance from Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street, Old Street, Bethnal Green and Aldgate East train stations. All the bars and restaurants of Shoreditch are on your doorstep. Brick Lane and Columbia Road markets are next door.

The rent is £1,000 p/m including all bills, cleaner and council tax. There are no admin fees.

As my flatmate is sadly moving to Wimbledon to be nearer to her work, it's time for a change. If you're interested, give me a shout...
