Sad to be moving out of my lovely flat in Aldgate East this month. It's just a five minute walk from Brick Lane, 20 minutes from Shoreditch and would be perfect for someone working around Bank as it only takes 15 minutes to walk there (or 5 mins on the district line).

The flat is fully furnished and the room itself is a decent size - with two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. There's a shared bathroom (toilet, bath and shower), large sitting room, kitchen and a balcony.

Move in date: Flexible
Housemate: You'll be living with Joanna (who I'll be sad to leave!). She's a 25 year old Finance Manager who is far from boring. She likes chilled nights in cooking, opening up a bottle of wine (or cider) and catching up on TV, but also enjoys eating out, midweek drinks and likes the weekends even better. Looking for someone else who is interested in making the most of being in London - but also likes to keep the flat nice and clean!

The contract finishes end of January but if you love it enough then you'll have a chance to renew it.
