Large, bright, apartment just off the vibrant end of Brick Lane in a quite corner of a gated courtyard on the ground floor. Perfectly placed minutes walk from Brick Lane, Shoreditch High Street and Colombia Road.

The 2 bed 1400sq ft mezzanine flat has ground to ceiling south facing windows over two floors giving lots of light. There is courtyard area outside and car parking is available but not on a permanent basis. There is safe lockable area for cycles too. Being of new construction, it's warm in winter!

In the open shared living space there is an oak rectory table which sits 8, round leather sofa that sits 6 and large TV. It is always clean and tidy, but lived in.

The large bedroom available is approx 18'x 10' (5.5m x 3m) and has a super king size bed and large TV. There is a set of draws and clothes rails and desk and chair, if required. It has two windows overlooking the courtyard.

The bathroom is shared but is always immaculately clean and tidy. It will be all yours in the morning.

I am a personal trainer and some weekdays use the apartment to train people, only between 9am to 5pm. Its only 2 or 3 hours a day and there is no music or loud noise. Never at weekends. Ideally this would fit in with your working schedule, but if you are at home when I'm working it's not a problem. The room has been lived in by people who worked from home without any problems. My partner works full-time in Healthcare.

There is more to life than fitness, I also enjoying galleries, photography and wine. I'm looking for someone to live with not just to rent the room, I would like you to treat the whole place as your own. I have lived here for 14 years and have always shared the space. There are new bars, shops, galleries & restaurants opening up every week in the area.
