Hello,

I am renting a lovely Double Bedroom in a 3-bedroom flat in Brixton. The room became available last week as our previous flatmate had to leave the country. Ideally we are looking or a long term flatmate.

Views are available by scheduling a time via email or whatsapp.

The room is available in a shared flat with 2 other male flatmates. Located in a quiet, safe and clean home area. A 3-month minimum sublet contract will be issued as well, references and 1 month rent up front required.

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant flat and we are also very welcoming!

The ideal flatmate:
We are looking for someone who are independent and outgoing, doesn’t smoke inside the house, take its share part in keeping the flat clean and organised with and having the “leave as you would like to find it” approach. Sometimes we enjoy having a social drink and have some friends around and would love if you want to join however if not, we would completely respect your personal space.

Price:
- double bedroom: £550 every 1st of the month and one month deposit £550. bills are included. An agreement and receipts will be given also I will ask for a copy of your passport and a reference.
- Room is only for one-person i. e. no couples/sharers

- Your room is a double bedroom, bright and spacious.

Late-night revellers hit celebrated bars and live-music venues such as the O2 Academy Brixton for rock gigs, and Hootananny for cutting-edge sounds.

BUSES:
Lots of bus connections, including night buses, to central London and the City are within a few min walk. The nightlife in the West End (Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalgar square etc.) is not too far either and takes 20 min by night bus.
