Large double room in friendly house, Brixton

We have been living in this house for the last three and a half years and absolutely love it. Pippa is moving out and we are looking for someone to move in, fill the void and enjoy our home as much as we do.

The house is lovely, 5 big double rooms with a massive kitchen area, living room and a garden. Leander Road is a quiet residential Road. It's in a great location 10 minutes walk from Brixton tube and 5 minutes to Brockwell Park. Herne Hill is also just over 10minures walk. There is also a large Sainsbury’s under 5minutes away.

We're all easy going, very chilled, love food and wine. We are a sociable house and are looking for likeminded people who would love to join and become a friend not just a housemate. We also have Flynn, a calm and friendly nine month old golden retriever. The room is available from mid March but we have some flexibility around that.

Bills are not included in the monthly rent but are approximately £80-100 per month. We manage these internally as a house.

The available room is on the top floor and overlooks the garden. The room is furnished with double bed and built in wardrobes. The other furniture in the photo is Pippa’s so will be going with her.
