Spacious loft room in gated mews

Enormous loft room with ensuite and king size bed, tons and tons of storage available there's even a small amount of storage in the ensuite!

The room is fantastic there's so much room for activities. I have a multi gym and two desks for my man-corner (an optional feature) there's even room for a projector setup. On one side, there's an enormous kingsize bed with decent blinds and curtains all round providing both a cinema experience with the projector and a quality night's sleep.

The house is a relatively new build and has a lush garden which gets the sun all day and evening with two BBQs. There is private parking in front of the house which is part of a courtyard in a gated mews. This makes it incredibly quiet as it's off the main road while being super close to all of Brixton's amenities.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Brixton Station or a 15 minute walk to Clapham North. It's across the road from a massive Tesco and round the corner from Blues Kitchen and a great pub, the Trinity Arms, as well as being a stones throw from all the amazing eateries of Brixton Market, as well as the clubs and bars.

If you do move in, your housemates will be the friendly and relaxed Alex and Will. Alex likes cooking, tea and laughing a lot. Will is into his hockey, and also very chilled out.

The house is very clean, we have a cleaner that cleans the entire property including each bathroom, bedroom and the living room.

An added benefit of the house is that there's no minimum let, you just need to find someone to replace you when you move out and the letting agent will swap over the DPS details!
