I have a spacious room (68 sq-foot) for rent with a double bed in my flat in Oval - All Bills Included! It is available from the 5th of October.

The flat is just 10 minutes walk to either Stockwell, Oval and Brixton stations. The bus service is excellent, with night buses from all over London dropping you at the doorstep.

The flat is situated in a lovely and quiet street is part of a fenced block of houses, therefore is very safe.

There are nearby many restaurants, pubs and shops plus parks and playgrounds if you like to go for a walk or if you are the sporty type.

Only 1 more tenant in the house: me :)

The room is fully furnished.

Kitchen fully equipped (Good cooks are welcome!) plus washing machine etc. and Internet connection is available.

Unfortunately, the flat does not have a living room and the only communal space is the kitchen but the huge size of your room should compensate well.

Bonus: there is a bikeshed included in the price for your bike if you have one!
